Expect warm and welcoming people, great coffee, spectacular scenery, and more than one night that stretches on “unintentionally.” Getting around: Uber works very well and is our number one recommendation (avoid hailing taxis on the street!). Walking is perfect in familiar areas—just be sure of where you're going and avoid "giving papaya" (wandering aimlessly, walking with your phone in your hand or carrying valuables, etc.).
